Teaching Toolkit in the Age of AI

Effective teaching, on your terms.

This four-week online course helps faculty make clear, sustainable choices about teaching, assessment, feedback, and workload in today’s higher education environment. It is designed for instructors who are cautious about AI, actively using it, or still deciding how it fits their teaching. Rather than focusing on specific tools, the course emphasizes sound teaching judgment and adaptable practices that work across disciplines and institutional contexts.

You will come away with practical tools (including a complete course syllabus) you can use immediately to support student learning, set boundaries around teaching work, and navigate change with confidence.

The next course starts May 25, 2026. Register now for $495. (There are a limited number CAFE paid scholarships, please contact CAFE for more information.)

14-Day Writing Challenge

The 14-Day Writing Challenge is a free, structured opportunity for faculty, postdocs, and graduate students to develop consistent writing habits, stay accountable, and make real progress—all in just two weeks.
