A brief reflection activity that are completed at the end of class. Students submit responses either on paper, digitally, or verbally in small classes. Exit tickets close the learning loop, help instructors gauge student understanding, and encourage student reflection.

Common prompts include:
• What is the most important concept you learned today?
• What questions do you still have about today’s topic?
• Summarize today’s lesson in one or two sentences.
• What was the most confusing part of today’s class?
