Create visual displays of student knowledge (e.g., bar charts) by having students place a dot sticker on a blank chart you’ve created. The activity allows participants to anonymously vote and instructors to recognize levels of agreement among a group of people. At the end of the Dot-ocracy period, all participants can visually assess the opinion of the group, as a whole, through a gallery walk or full class discussion.
